當然有問題，尤其是有人出面指控 Notion 為了商業利益，偷看了某公司資料之後，還跟公司提案合作。

還有人指出 Notion 隱私政策本來就允許他們偷看你的內容，只要能和他們商業利益有關：

被中國防火長城擋起來的服務非常多，然而 Notion 在被封不到一個月就解封了。就開始有人懷疑，是不是私下和中國達成什麼交易。
俗話說，便宜的最貴，資料就是金錢。
Notion 官方的回應
基於這把火在台灣燒得蠻旺的，所以有人就去和 Notion 公司聯絡，得到了官方的回應：
關於隱私權內商業策略的條款也已經刪除了。不過那個Terms of Service裡面的資料收集部分還是寫的很精彩，在意的話不妨去看看。
Notion Content & Use Policy and Monitoring Content: You agree that your use and all User Content will comply with Notion’s Content & Use Policy. Although we’re not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Service or Content or to review or edit any Content, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Service, to ensure compliance with these Terms and to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any Content, including User Content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any Content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects the Services. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
他們保留了所有能夠看使用者資料的權力，並也有把使用者資料移除或是讓你無法存取資料的權力。

我的選擇
因為沒有時間研究（文章產出都減量了…這篇還拖搞這麼久才出），加上官方有釋出善意，所以我決定先暫時留在 Notion + HackMD 的組合。
防火長城問題，本來就是中國愛怎樣就怎樣。而隱私問題，除非筆記軟體主打 E2E 加密到資料庫（進資料庫前也會加密），不然你也很難保證公司不會去看你的筆記內容。Reddit 上的討論也大多傾向把 Notion 拿來純做筆記，而不要把任何敏感資料（商業機密 / 密碼）放在上頭。我自己的也是拿來做個人筆記而已。
但每個人都能有自己的選擇，如果你看到這些問題，而你認為某個服務不會有這些問題，那就跳槽吧，這樣也能鞭策 Notion 做得更好。
這才是自由民主的真諦啊。
